Project Overview
Ed Squad is a small but deeply impactful early childhood support business that works under the Key Worker model, also known as Inclusion Coordination. The founder approached me needing a brochure to communicate a shift in her service model — but what she had was a rough draft with unclear messaging, scattered visuals, and no real structure to guide families through the change.
My role was to refine and clarify her brand messaging, craft emotionally resonant and practical copy, and design a five-page A5 brochure that would feel supportive, approachable, and informative. I also developed a new tagline — “It takes a team – it takes a squad” — to anchor the refreshed brand tone, and refined her existing brand guidelines to ensure consistency moving forward.
